Stadtwerke Leipzig GmbH - Campus Suedost - Remodeling and renovation House 218/219, G05.2 - Refurbishment of facade
House 218 and 219 is part of the former gas plant on the area And part of a building ensemble, which consists of two similar indoor masonry buildings and a flat center building. It was built around 1890 in massive brick construction and is recorded in the monument list of the city of Leipzig.
Building 218 is a wall building made of masonry, which with one The binder construction is spanned. The functional building is constructed without support over its entire length and is stiffened using thick outer walls.
