• The Zollverein Foundation intends the commissioning of an interdisciplinary working community for the object planning in accordance with Section 43 HOAI (performance image engineering structures) as well as for structural engineering in accordance with Section 51 HOAI (performance image structure planning) for the renovation of the gas floor torch on theFormers of the former Zollverein Kokerei in Essen. Services are required according to the performance profile for the object planning engineering structures in accordance with Appendix 12 for § 43 HOAI and services for structural engineering according to the performance profile according to Appendix 14 to § 51 HOAI. The scope of services includes allRequired basic services and necessary special services of the service phases 2 to 9. If you can see in the offer phase that not all basic services are required, a reduction in the scope of services according to the Siemon table HOAI is negotiable. The performance phase1 has already been created as part of a feasibility study, but must be checked due to the year of creation (2020). A step contract is agreed with the working group.
