Description of the construction project:
This is the conversion and renovation of the town hall. (Planned) construction phases and the subject of the procedure Due to the test results of the projectants for
building planning, a modified image of the procedure results in:
The construction phase 1 hasthe demolition and reopening of a barrier -free
entrance area to the subject. In this section, the redesign of the
entrance area with barrier -free access and the adaptation of the outdoor facilities are imperative.
Construction phase 2 has the construction of the technical systems of theEnergy center together with the conversion of the swimming hall technology and
energy supply as well as the implementation of the planned upgrading of the swimming pool area around the components parents/child sector, sauna and kiosk/cafe.
Construction phase 3 will modernize the multi-purpose/gymnasiumincluding the link with the other parts of the building.With barrier-free input and adaptation of the outdoor facilities in the outdoor area
