Refurbishment of the East of the Administrative Academy-specialist planningTechnical equipment
The planning task provides for the 153 rooms in the East guest house on the Bordesholm campus on the three floors eG, 1. OG and 2. OG to be completely caught and redesigned, in order to then equip them with new furniture and furnishings. A total of 144Residential units with single room occupancy on the three floors, including the 2nd floor in the form of 49 maisonettes. Corresponding disposal of building materials must be planned (including special waste). A version is planned in three construction phases (according to the fire sections), in which only one areais blocked and the other two areas are still usable for accommodation. The disabled rooms will all be accommodated on the ground floor in the future. 2 tea kitchens or tea kitchen areas are to be provided with residence options per floor. There is a photovoltaic system on the roof of the GHOto be erected and made usable accordingly. For further information we refer to the attached information documents.
