Description:
On behalf of the FB 24 - Culture and Museum of the state capital Potsdam, the municipal real estate service (KIS) intends to renew and adapt the electrical engineering facilities for the Nikolaisaal as the central concert and event house in the city. Saal (approx. 720 seats) is used annually for over 270 events. are technically outdated and no longer meet the current requirements for operational safety, energy efficiency and fire protection.
