- A TV inspection of the rainwater canal in the old settlement area Heidkamp (on Elisabethstein/Usedomstrasse/Liegnitzer Strasse/Goerlitzer Strasse) has shown a dilapidated and exhaustive rainwater canal, especially in the area of the street "Am Elisabethstein", the renovation of which from the point of view of the specialist serviceStreets, paths, places for traffic safety reasons are absolutely necessary. The wastewater canal is renovated in parallel by the operator "EWE". The renovation work should take place in several construction phases (see Appendix 1) and in addition to the renovation of the rainwater canal, theInclude the basic renewal of the street and road equipment (signaling technology, lighting, accompanying green etc.). The construction phases 1 and 2 are already renovated and not the subject of this procedure. For construction phase 3, the basic determination and preliminary planning are already available.
