- The city of Frankfurt am Main intends to remedy the existing structural, equipment and fire protection deficits to integrate new components, where necessary, to integrate the Paulskirche as a cultural monument on the basis of its substance handed down in 1948and to preserve in his withdrawn appearance. The subject of this tender is the allocation of planning services in a total of seven lots:
- lot 1: Object planning Buildings and interiors in accordance with Section 34 (3)HOAI, advisory services: building physics thermal insulation / sound insulation / acoustics in accordance with Appendix 1, Section 1.2.2 HOAI
- LOOK 2: Consulting services: Fire protection based on the AHO (issue No. 17, Stand 12/2022)
- Lot 3: Technical equipment, plant groups 1-3 in accordanceEquipment Plant groups 4-6 in accordance with Section 55 (1) HOAI
- LOOK 5: Light planning based on issue # 38 "Constitutional Light planning Part 1 Daily and Art Lights" of German light technology society e.V. and Section 34 (4) HOAI (daily light planning) and Section 55 (3) HOAI (artificial light planning)
