- The city of Frankfurt am Main intends to remedy the existing structural, equipment and fire protection deficits to integrate new components, where necessary, to integrate the Paulskirche as a cultural monument on the basis of its substance handed down in 1948and to preserve in his withdrawn appearance. Approaches of a material reconstruction of older construction states are not desired.
The subject of this tender is the allocation of planning services in a total of seven lots:
- lot 1: Object planning Buildings and interiors based on §34 para. 3 HOAI; Consulting services: Fachplang construction physics thermal insulation & energy balance / construction acoustics / space acoustics in accordance with Appendix 1, Section 1.2.2 HOAI
- lot 2: Consulting services: Fire protection in connection to AHO (Issue No. 17, Stand 12/2022)
- Lot 3: Technical equipment, plant groups 1-3 inBased on § 55 Paragraph 1 HOAI
- Lot 4: Technical equipment Plant groups 4-6 based on § 55 Paragraph 1 HOAI
- LOC 5: Light planning based on issue # 38 "Civil engineering light planning Part 1 day and artificial light" of the German light technology society and § 34 Paragraph 4 Hoai(Daily light planning) and Section 55 (3) HOAI (artificial light planning)
- lot 6: Technical equipment Plant group 8 based on § 55 Paragraph 1 HOAI
