Description:
The city of Frankfurt am Main intends to remedy the existing structural, equipment and fire protection deficits to integrate new components, where necessary, to integrate the Paulskirche as a cultural monument on the basis of its substance handed down in 1948 and to preserve in his withdrawn appearance. Approaches of a material reconstruction of older construction states are not desired.
The subject of this tender is the allocation of planning services in a total of seven lots:
- Let's go 1: Object planning buildings and interiors, consulting services: Building physics thermal insulation and energy balance / building acoustics (sound insulation) / room acoustics
- Lot 2: Advice services: fire protection
- Lot 3: Technical equipment, plant groups 1-3
- Lot 4: Technical equipment plant groups 4-6
- Lot 5: Light planning based on issue # 38 Light planning part 1 day and artificial light "of the German Light Technical Society e.v.
- Lot 6: Technical equipment plant group 8
- Lot 7: structural engineering planning
The services of the object planning for the work and protective scaffolding as well as the corresponding structural planning are in a separate Procedure advertised. They are not the subject of this tender.
Applicants can offer their expertise for both individuals and several lots. The application must be made individually for each lot.
