Description:
The city of Oebisfelde-Weferlingen plans to renovate the historical and partially listed town hall of the city. The southern part of the two-storey building is late medieval(before 1500) and has a Renais sancie on the east side. On the west side there is a roof tower with a bell on this part of the building (1784). Inside this part, the late Gothic council room with a crossbow vault is on a medium pillar and a portal now located insidereceive. The gable on the west side was probably changed in the period of conversion at the end of the 19th century. The attic is not expanded, under this part of the building there is a vaulted cellar.
East of the older part of the building was in the early 1990sBuilt as a low building. This is enclosed by a stone wall, which also includes the farm, which is also located east. About itThere is a mansard roof with a Krueppel-Walm on the east side, the west side shows a straight roof with a relay gable from the end of the 19th century. The attic is not expanded at the moment. The part of the building has a partial basement (heating cellar).
