Starting situation / task
The Schelmengraben primary school is a 4-day primary school with an entrance level. The building consists of 2 components that were built in 1973 and 1975. The existing spatial capacities of the Elementary school Schelmengraben is not enough to meet the future legal claim to all -day care. Furthermore, the existing building is in a state in need of renovation. The Schelmengraben primary school should therefore be renovated and around 600 m2 HNF according to the space program specification be expanded. A cafeteria for approx. 450 meals in three layers should be built. It is intended to convert the inventory into a "cluster school".
