The planned construction measure is the renovation, modernization and change in use of the Kultur-Schloss-Heiden in three construction phases in the years from 2017 to 2027. The first two construction phases have already been completed. The third construction phase includesThe hammer lock and the hunter house. It is a single monument, which focuses on a listed manner with the historical building fabric and a restoration of the original state.Rooms work include the construction site facility with two tower cranes, the execution and provision of protective roofs, the extensive roof renovation of both parts of the building including static measures and insulation, areas of the roof area with fire protection requirements and the construction of new onesTauben. In addition, a ceiling in the main castle building is to be upgraded and a ceiling construction is to be created in the area of the hunting house.
