Description:
Modernization of the Schoenbornschule, Schoenbornstrasse 3, 76689 Karlsdorf-Neuthard. Instead of the main building, which is to be demolished, a replacement building is to be built. The existing 4 pavilions are to be modernized. The school location of the Schoenbornschule is characterized by a campus -likeArrangement of individual buildings (Schuldorf). This structure should basically be maintained. The spatial program of a 2.5-day primary school, reduced compared to the realization competition, is to be largely accommodated in the portfolio if possible. A compact and reducedSpace program of tailor -made new construction is to be built approximately at the point of the previous main building. The pavilions should be retained and modernized.
