Description:
The renovation of the south facade (street side) of the Senator for Children and Education is intended. The facade is divided into three different sections, which are illustrated by the building height differences. As a model for the renovation of the south facadeThe north facade already renovated in 2012. The side flanks were renovated in ETICS with window bands and the middle part received an aluminum composite panel facade. The ground floor, as a base, was holistically received by a strap facade. The renovation must be carried out during operation. It isa section that is intended in sections. Through bound asbestos in window sills, a pollutant renovation must be carried out in parallel, but this is not part of this tender. TheBuilding is located on one of the main traffic axes in downtown Bremen. This project is to be promoted with ERRE agents. For this, the construction work must be finalized by December 31, 2028. The construction costs (KG 300) are estimated to be around EUR 1.68 million net as part of a first cost acceptance.
