Lot 10 - social building - building main trade
- disassembly and disposal of 14 windows, 17 doors and a fixed glazing
- 95 m² demolition of suspended HWL, plates and plasterboard ceilings
- 18.5 m³ demolition of non -carrying inner walls, brick masonry, wall thickness 12 to 30 cm
- 95 m² demolition from unpleasant concrete floors (in the building)
- 95 m² excavation in the building in full area, excavation depth approx. 20 cm
- 3.5 m³ of fundamental excavation in the building including the production of the reinforced concrete foundations C20/25
- Lay 65 m KG line, including 18 m3 Rohrgraben. - 150 kg steel reinforcement (stall steel and mats)
- 95 m² reinforced under -concrete in the building, C20/25, thickness up to 15 cm, with sealing
-95 m² PU hard foam insulation 2 x50 mm and 70 mm cement screed
- deliver and install 60 m² composite covering on polyester fleece, including compensation and skirting boards
- 9 m² aerated concrete masonry for adaptation openings in outer walls
- 270 m² outdoor plaster with facade paint
- 30 m² facade image in Sgraffito technology (ornamant scratched in plaster) renovate and revise
- 90 m² inner plaster and 90 m2 structure plaster, white
