Description:
The city of Sindelfingen renovates the underground car park under the market square (TGM). By renovating the underground cooking ceiling with the renewal of the seal, the surface is completely cleared and a new building is required. This opportunity should be used in order to also use the marketplace surface to redesign yourself completely. The marketplace is centrally between the town hall and the old town and, in addition to the weekly market, numerous events also serve as a venue. The area also extends into several adjacent streets. In addition to its historical importance, the place should get a high representative design.
