Description:
The sports hall complex at Copenhagener Strasse 5a/b consists of two connected gyms of the type GT 60 l, which were built around 1969/70. So now over 50 years old and never modernized, he has significant construction and fire protection defects.The technical equipment is outdated, the heat and weather protection is no longer guaranteed. The hall equipment is insufficient for the planned competition and has so far only been possible in parts. In the sense of sustainability, a comprehensive renovation of theHalls therefore inevitable.
The implementation of the planned construction measures should take place in 4 sections:
1. BA: School sports field on the south side including access to Copenhagener Str. 5a/B
2. BA: Refurbishment and expansion Hall 1 (eastern hall) including accessories and parking spaces
3. BA: renovation and expansionHall 2 (western hall) including accessories and parking spaces
4. BA: Outlashes Baseball playing field
After completing the first two construction phases, Hall 2 (Copenhagener Str. 5a) is now being renovated in the third construction phase.04 Steel construction
