Description:
The Rhine-Ahr region, consisting of the cities of Remagen and Sinzig and the associated municipalities of Bad Breisig, Bad Hoenningen, Linz and Unkel, has applied to be a LEADER funding region and has signed a letter from the Ministry of Economics, Transport, Agriculture and Viticulture of the State of Rhineland -Palatinate voOn November 8, 2022, it was recognized as a LEADER funding region in Rhineland-Palatinate. The municipalities of the municipal purpose agreement in the Rhine-Ahr region under the leadership of the VG Linz (headquarters of the office) will in future represent the local action group (LAG) and are the clients of the Regionalmanagements for the LEADER region Rhein-Ahr. To control the regional development process, the establishment of an external regional management with a scope of 1.0 AK is required. With a job share of 0.5 AK, the LEADER office in VGV Linz and VGV Bad Breisig half of the tasks of the internal regional management. Together, the external and internal regional management and the office form the operative part of the entire organizational structure. The regional management manages the business of the LAG and is comprehensively responsible for the implementation of the LILE, e.gresponsible. In addition to advising project sponsors, it also takes care of networking, public relations, the implementation of LAG projects and committee work.
