Description:
The district of Emsland is a bearer of regional planning and intends to reorganize its regional spatial planning program (RROP). It must be explained to the aim of the district and structural development of the district. The RROP is established in accordance with Section 13 of the Spatial Regulations Act (ROG) and Section 5 Lower Saxony Spatial Regulations Act (NROG). The need for a reorganization of the RROP results from the need for adaptation of the RROP stipulations of the stipulations of the Landes-Space Regulation program (LROP) Lower Saxony 2022 and the ongoing LROP change. On the other hand, because of the Diverse developments in the district area that have occurred during the course of time, a extensive update of the RROP 2010, which can only be managed as part of a realignment.
