As part of the Project "New construction of the Stadtbahn depot of the Regional Stadtbahn Neckar-Alb in Reutlingen" is planned for the re-establishment of a central depot for the implementation of the Neckar-Alb regional city railway according to the "Karlsruhe Model". The subject of the award is all General planner services for the planning and preparation of the structural implementation of this company infrastructure measure. The depot to be planned comprises various functional building units, including - a workshop with all uses for vehicle maintenance and social wing, - one Storage hall for vehicles, - one or more warehouse buildings - including technical equipment for vehicle maintenance.
