Description:
Public service mandate in rail passenger transport within the meaning of Art. 5 Para. 1 of the VO (EC) No. 1370/2007. Operation of regional traffic in the amount of approx. 4.18 million million train kilometers per year (lot 1) or approx. 3.08 million train kilometers per year (lot 2) on the following lines:
Off 1 (express traffic):
RE 10 Wuerzburg Hbf - Neustadt (Aisch) - Nuremberg Hbf,
RE 54 Frankfurt (Main) Hbf - Wuerzburg Hbf - Bamberg,
RE 55 Frankfurt (Main) Hbf - Wuerzburg Hbf,
RE 55 SA+S individual services Frankfurt (Main) Hbf - Schweinfurt Hbf - Bamberg (via Werntalbahn).
Lot 2 (Regio-S-Bahn):
RS 1 Marktbreit - Wuerzburg Hbf - Gemuenden (Main) - Jossa - Flieden,
RS 2 Bamberg - Wuerzburg Hbf,
RS 4 Kitzingen - Wuerzburg Hbf,
RS 11 Gemuenden (Main) - Wuerzburg Hbf,
RB 79 Gemuenden (Main) - Aschaffenburg Hbf.
The company admission is at the timetable change in December 2030 (December 15, 2030).
The term of the contracts in both Losing is therefore 12 years with a three -year extension option.
