Regular monitoring of structural systems, monitoring of stand and traffic safety (RUeV)
Description of tasks for RueV examinations and inspections over 5 years for all publicly accessible buildings must be carried out regular checks and inspections on stand and traffic safety (RUeV). A cycle of these services is to be awarded in a two -stage process. The performance to be carried out is aimed at civil engineering offices that have their expertise in the field of stability and construction construction. The inspections and examinations are based on an already available Concept carried out. The scope of an examination cycle is described in the concept and is divided into examinations or inspections to be carried out twice a year with different focuses. Every inspection / examination must be documented in writing. There are abnormalities in picture and located to document in the plan. An entire examination cycle goes over five years. The upcoming cycle is to be awarded on January 1st, 2026 and continuously until 2030. The inspections and studies RUeV are to be carried out at the Humboldt Forum in Berlin (size building: approx. 180 x 120m; Average. Height: approx. 30m + dome; Gruttoground area: 94,300 m2)
