• Passenger transport services in regular transport with motor vehicles in the COE 2 route group
  The Coesfeld district intends to act as the responsible authority. S.d. Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 (VO 1370/2007) establishes a public service contract (OeDA) for public passenger transport services within its jurisdictionarea of ​​responsibility. The subject of the intended OeDA is all current and future public passenger transport services of the COE 2 line bundle. At the start of operations on November 1st, 2024, these are the following transport services:
