• Description:
• The Society for the Promotion of Local Public Transport in the Regensburg District mbH (GFN) is a 100% subsidiary of the Regensburg district. It is entrusted by the district as the responsible authority with the tasks of planning, organizing and ordering general public transportto be perceived on his behalf. In fulfilling these tasks, the GFN publishes, among other things, the preliminary announcements and carries out the award procedures for transport services in general public transport in the Regensburg district.
  Due to an existing delegation agreement with the city of RegenThe Regensburg district is responsible for line 21 as a whole. To fulfill its tasks, it uses the GFN delegation agreements. The GFN intends to award a public service contract for the bus transport service on line 21 Petzkofen - Pfakofen- Alteglofsheim - Obertraubling - Neutraubling - Regensburg by means of an open procedure in accordance with Section 15 VgV.
  The annual operating performance is approx. 335,566 km.
  From September 1st, 2025, an optional timetable will increase the annual operating performance by approx. 71,463 km 407,029 kmesee.
  With regard to the requirements intended for the intended service contract within the meaning of Section 8a
  Paragraph. 2 Sentence 3 PBefG, reference is made to 3.1.5.
