- Aim and subject of the expert report: The aim of the report is the systematic analysis of the legal options Implementation of the DGE quality standards in public catering to be made binding nationwide. The The focus is on the following areas: i) Schools and daycare centers, ii) state canteens, iii) federal canteens, iv) hospitals. This The report should be based on a legal inventory and deficit analysis in particular, investigate which ones Control options in the areas mentioned are suitable and practicable to legally ensure compliance with the DGE quality standards bindingly ensured.
