The non -profit organization was founded in 2002 and puts the topic of child accidents into public awareness. The aim is to reduce the high number of accident -related injuries in Germany. Background and the main goals of the awarding of the order, service description Since 2017, the BAG has been offering a database with almost 60 children's and security products so far on its website www.kindericherheit.de/produkleicherke and have the use of the products ready. The online product database was developed from 2016 to 2017 by the BAG to support the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL).
