Remark work
The city of Frankfurt am Main intends The facade renovation / energetic and fire protection renovation of the property "Schirn Kunsthalle, Bendergasse 1 (Roemerberg, city center), Frankfurt am Main".
This is implemented in a single construction phase, the construction period is 34 months.
The execution period in accordance with the frame schedule Divides as follows:
Planning scaffolding / lead including test statics and release: September 17, 2025 - October 15, 2025
Structure scaffolding (in sections in partial construction sides / east side) October 30, 2025 to March 28, 2026
Building time / reservoir scaffolding: October 16, 2025 - April 12, 2028
Removal scaffolding (in sections): June 9, 2027 - April 13, 2028
