• Description:
• The listed ward building House 3 (built in 1912, gross floor area approx. 12,000 m²) is being converted into 75 apartments for nursing staff. The building has a basement, a ground floor, three upper floors and an attic. The western, single-storey extension (house 3b) and the eastern, Two-storey connecting building (house 3a) was subsequently built (construction period approx. 1961 - 1967) and is not part of the monument protection. The subject of the order is gutting work and pollutant remediation: - Construction site equipment incl. Construction water, construction management container system, construction fence - Creation of scaffolding in the outside area: 1 rack construction elevator - Creation of the pollutant BE in accordance with the contractor's detailed planning, professional isolation (personnel and material lock, negative pressure maintenance, required PPE) for work in the black area - dismantling of installations and superstructures (clearing out buildings), approx. 350 pieces. Doors/windows, approx. 5,300 m² of various floor coverings (not polluted), approx. 200 m² of various suspended ceiling structures (not polluted), HLS and ELT cables, equipment, facilities, structures and extensions, etc., of approx. 2,400 m² of asbestos-containing Floor-Flex panels, including the asbestos-containing adhesive, approx. 360 m² of asbestos-containing bituminous cardboard, approx. 800 m² of asbestos-containing Wall plaster, asbestos-containing sealing cords of ventilation ducts of approx. 8,900 m² of PCB or heavy metal-containing plaster, approx. 12,425 m² of sulphate-containing plaster, approx. 720 m² of various suspended ceiling constructions with KMF inserts, KMF insulation...
