Description:
Object planning Ingenieurbau LPH 3 - 9 according to § 41-44, HOAI 2021 for the conversion of the flood retention basin Nette 07 near Mechtshausen. It is planned to enlarge the existing flood retention basin. By converting the flood retention basin, the storage space can increase by approx. 400,000 m³become. The building costs (the cost groups 300 and 400, DIN 276) are forecast at approx. 5.25 million euros net. The frame schedule provides for about 5.5 years for planning and execution. The completion goal is the 4th quarter of 2030.

theFlood protection association Interior intends to assign the object planning engineering structures (§41-44 HOAI 2021) for the conversion of the flood retention basin Nette 07 near Mechtshausen from performance phase 3 HOAI. The service phases 1 and 2 HOAI have already been provided. It actsis a step contract: level 1: Commissioning of the service phase 3 HOAI, level 2: Commissioning of the service phases 4-9 HOAI. The client reserves the commissioning of the service phases 4-9 HOAI in parts or as a whole according to § 41-44 HOAI (in sections). The existingFlood retention basin (HRB) Nette 07 is located in the valley of the nice, south of Rhueden, between Bornhausen in the east and Mechtshausen in the west and has a congestion of approx. 348,000 m³.
