Description:
The order includes the planning services according to § 38 ff in conjunction with Appendix 11 HOAI, outdoor facilities, performance phases 1-9 without 4 and reduced 7.
The southern Melanchthonplatz exists Currently completely from public play and sports areas. The surrounding district is densely built on and is strongly under -supplied with public green spaces. The green area is currently severely restricted in terms of its recreational function and urgently due to the strong overuse in need of renovation.
The aim is to climate the northern and southern part including adjacent street space according to the principles of the To renovate the sponge city and better link the two parking areas to each other. The adjacent traffic area is included and the potential to Unplanned sealing in favor of a green area expansion and planting road trees.
Further renovation goals are the preservation of the existing trees and climatic -right supplementary planting, increasing the quality of stay for all population groups by new and attractive Seating, the promotion of biodiversity through appropriate plant selection and small -scale biotope structures, the improved access in the south and the reduction of the noise pollution.
