- The district office Unstrut-Hainich-Kreis is the owner of the office and administrative building. For the intended rental to the Thuringian State Office for Agriculture and Rural Areas (TLLLR), renovation measures on the building in the KG, EG, 1st floor and 2nd floor are required. To ensure the second structural escape route from the upper floors, the escape stairs on the gable sides of the west and east facade are installed.
