Description:
The Landratsamt Unstrut-Hainich-Kreis is the owner of the office and administration building. For the intended rental to the Thuringian State Office for Agriculture and Rural Rural (TLLR), renovation measures are required in the building in the KG, EC, 1.OG and 2.OG. To ensure the second structural lifestyle from the upper floors, the installation of outer escape stairs takes place on the gable pages of the western and east facade.
