Description:
Remote Electronic Monitoring (rem)
The contractual object is the provision of a remote electronic monitoring overall system (REM system) for two ships in accordance with the European Fisheries Control Agency (EFCA) Guidelines (Appendix D; see procurement documents), including the provision of the necessary hardware (cameras, etc.) for purchase and Of two different standard software applications (on-board software and evaluation software, several licenses for use). Furthermore, the creation of a vicinity of the EFCA guidelines described in accordance with the Vessel Monitoring Plan and the hardware including the on-board software on the ships must be provided, access (licenses) for the on-board software and evaluation software, to manufacture the operational readiness and during the Duration of the project, d. h. to maintain for two years from the acceptance of the REM system. In addition, a one-day training is carried out for both the on-board and the evaluation software. The training for the on -board software is carried out for up to 9 and for the evaluation software for up to 8 employees of the client by the suitable staff of the contractor.
