The Rendsburg sewage disposal operates the Rendsburg sewage treatment plant with an expansion size of 240,000 EW. Wastewater treatment in larger municipal sewage treatment plants such as in Rendsburg (size class 5) has so far been carried out in three stages. Through mechanical, biological and chemical processesThe organic compounds on average over 95 % away. A chamber filter press is currently operated on the Rendsburg sewage treatment plant for mechanical drainage, and the mud conditioning is carried out with lime. The drained sludge is stored until departure in oneHochsilo. The entire system for mechanical mud drainage, including the periphery with the electronic and machine systems (e.g. for limestone dose and thin sludge pumps), has achieved the end of the life cycle for technical systems due to age and operating hoursmust therefore be renewed. The aim of the measure is to build a new sewage sludge drainage, including the changeover of the previous procedural practice. The new system is essentially the aggregate for sewage sludge drainage, polymer production and dosage, the thin sludge pumps includingPiping, the center water derivation and dosage, the thick sludge promotion and intermediate storage, as well as the required EMSR technology.
