- The subject of this tender is the planning services of the service profiles of engineering structures, § 41 ff. HOAI (Lot 1) and technical equipment, § 53 ff. HOAI (Lot 2) for the renewal and upgrading of the Unteres Baybachtal wastewater treatment plant.
Lot 1 - Object planning engineering structures
subject of this Lotes are the planning services of the service profiles for engineering structures, §§ 41 ff. HOAI as well as the associated subordinate services of the traffic systems according to §§ 45 ff. HOAI and the outdoor facilities according to §§ 38 ff. HOAI.
The "Unteres Baybachtal" sewage treatment plant (KA UB for short) was expanded in 1990 of 1,500 inhabitants went into operation. Due to the fact that the plant has now been in operation for over 35 years and the design (OMS sewage treatment plant with aluminum secondary clarification tank funnel), an updated renovation study of the sewage treatment plant was created in 2025. Several variants were compared here. The client/operator of the sewage treatment plant has decided to implement alternative 3 "construction of a secondary clarification tank".
According to the detailed provisions of the draft contract, the commissioned scope of services is the provision of planning services in service phases 1 to 9, which correspond to the service profile Object planning is to be assigned to engineering structures (Section 43 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 12 to Section 43 Paragraph 4 HOAI).
Executing the order as a joint venture or with subcontractors is expressly permitted.
