Renewal of the blower station, ventilation elements on grid systems and agitators Welver sewage treatment plant Scope of work: Dismantling and disposal of: 4 rotary lobe blowers including sound insulation hoods for the BB 1+2; 2 pieces of sand trap blower included. sound insulation hoods, 10 pcs. aerator base grid with vertical entry pipes DN 80 (stainless steel) and 18 pieces each of disc aerators; Delivery and assembly: - 4 new screw blowers and 2 new rotary lobe blowers including soundproof hoods, - New connection branches DN 80 from the underground air pipe DN 200 that runs around the aeration tank on site; - Butterfly valves with electric drives in a compact design per air line outlet; - 10 pieces of stainless steel base grid systems to accommodate the plate aerators; - Required number of Membrane plate aerator per basin; - 1 piece per aeration tank.
