- The subject of this tender is the upgrading and modernization of the equipment park of the processing unit for medical devices (AEMP) of the ukb-AESCULAP InstrumentenManagement GmbH at the Berlin Accident Hospital location. The AEMP is in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485 certified and takes over the central supply of sterile goods in 24/7 operation. Due to the normal operational lifespan being reached, the existing equipment will be replaced in four construction phases during ongoing operations. The services include in particular: Lot 1: Delivery, assembly, commissioning and functional testing of, among other things, 8 cleaning and disinfection devices (RDG), 1 cleaning-disinfection device for endoscopes (RDG-E) and 2 container washing systems (CWA). Lot 2: delivery, assembly, Commissioning and functional testing of, among other things, 3 steam sterilizers (12 StE), 1 steam sterilizer (6 StE) and 1 low-temperature sterilizer. The implementation must be carried out in sections in order to ensure the continuous processing of approx. 100,000 per year To ensure sterile goods units (StE) with more than 4.5 million surgical instruments. The contractors are obliged to take into account the technical requirements, applicable hygiene standards and the operating conditions of the hospital to reduce business interruptions to a minimum.
