Description:
The existing engineering structure is a railway overpass (EUe) over the Hahnenbach
The existing EUe is in a state worth renewing. According to measures/project description is
to plan the new EUe 2 tracks based on the future infrastructure. The railway crossing is located in the area of the train station in Kirn and transfers the two continuous main tracks of the Nahe valley route via Schuelerstrasse (cycle and sidewalk) and the Hahnenbach (tributary of the Near), which flows into nearby approx. 25 m south of the bridge.
For the maintenance of the railway operation, the installation of 2 auxiliary bridges is provided as auxiliary roads. This variant was due to the lower interventions in the railway operation and the inventory set as a supplementary solution.
Construction phases:
Building phase 1 - termination measures, special deep construction work, installation HB:
- Construction site facility and building clearance
- Dismantling southern superstructures
- Introducing the construction pits
- Produce The bored piles
- Installation of one HB in the tracks 1 and 2
- Part of the term WL-Ost and nearby support wall
- Manufacture the permanent anchor WL-Ost
- Production of the excavation pit for the pre-assembly of the bar arch superstructure
