Description:
Improvement of energy efficiency on the sewage treatment plant Dessau-Rosslau by renewing the mud watering system including piping, periphery, EMSR technology, sewage sludge silo and loading station
Sludge watering
LOOK 1 - mud drainage construction includes the following essential partial services:
- Demolition of traffic area made of concrete for loading space
- Demolition of machine foundations
- Construction of reinforced concrete foundations for the sewage sludge silo including the associated civil engineering performance
- Sections renewal / restoration of the traffic area
- Expansion driving rails for containers and demolition of floor tiles
- New construction center management (ground laid) under floor slab including connection to the existing management
- Production of foundations / undergoing aggregates / tile work
- Production of wall openings and core drilling for the implementation of pipelines and Cable
Slope watering machine technology
Lot 2 - Machine technology sludge watering:
- Disassembly and disposal of the existing investment technology for mechanical mud drainage including piping and aggregates
- Delivery and assembly of two drainage centrifuges including Switching and control systems
- Construction of steel structures to change the centrifuges
- Delivery and assembly of two speed -controlled eccentric snail pumps to load the centrifuges with a rotten mud
