- Renewal of sterilizers and cleaning and disinfection devices (RDG) for the AEMP Replacement of sterilizers The two existing sterilizers from Sauter AG, each with 9 StE, built in 1987 (Figure 2: Sterilizer location within the AEMP, yellow border) form a technically homogeneous system inventory, but no longer correspond to the state of the art. There are restrictions in particular with regard to process control, energy efficiency, documentation, Spare parts availability and compliance with current normative requirements. The two old systems are to be completely decommissioned and replaced by at least three new sterilizers, each with 8 StE, which are located at the previous one installation position. This exchange significantly increases both the redundancy and the capacity of the AEMP, which is essential to ensuring a stable and validatable sterilization process in accordance with DIN EN 285 and the KRINKO/RKI guidelines contribute. This means that the AEMP structure is adapted to today's requirements in terms of reliability, redundancy, capacity planning and process stability Replacement of cleaning and sterilization devices (RDG) The existing ones Cleaning and disinfection devices (RDG) from Belimed AG have a heterogeneous technical level.
