Renewal of ventilation technology and process water storage at the Meissen community sewage treatment plant
Stadtentwasserung Dresden GmbH is the tendering body for the client wastewater disposal company Meissner Land mbH.
The planning is divided into 2 sub-projects:
Subproject 1: Renewal of the ventilation system; as a complete service with step-by-step commissioning (see invitation to submit an offer), i.e. all service phases according to HOAI Part 3 § 43 i. V. with Appendix 12.2, § 51 i. V. m. Appendix 14.2 and § 55 i. V. with Appendix 15.2 for ALG 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8
Subproject 2: Renovation and Upgrading process water storage; as a complete service with step-by-step commissioning (see invitation to submit an offer), d. h. all service phases according to HOAI Part 3 § 43 i. V. m. Appendix 12.2, § 51 i. V. m. Appendix 14.2 and § 55 i. V. with Appendix 15.2 for ALG 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8
There will be Up to 3 applicants are involved in the negotiation process, but they must achieve a score of at least 50 points in the evaluation form and at least 2 points for 1st E., as well as at least 50% of the points in each sub-project. The evaluation form is included with the award documents. Objective criteria for the selection of the limited number of applicants are:
- References for a ventilation system (complete) on a German sewage treatment plant with turbo compressors (30 out of 100 points)
- References for a process water storage for the centrate of sludge dewatering or its rehabilitation or er...
