- The University and Hanseatic City of Greifswald operates the Greifswald sewage treatment plant with its own company, the Greifswald sewage plant. This is located on the northern edge of the district of Ladebow. The sewage treatment plant has had its own laboratory tract since its existence in 1994, in which analyzes of the wastewater as well as the sludge. Individual laboratory processes are also outsourced and taken over by a commercial laboratory. After over 30 years of operation, the wastewater laboratory no longer fully corresponds to the state of the art and must therefore be renewed.
The present tender Consists of 4 separate loose, which, if interested, must be called up individually by the interested bidders:
Lot 1 - structural part
Lot 2 sanitary
Lot 3 - building installation
Lot 4 - laboratory equipment
It is a separate allocation of the lots.
The structural services include Demolition of interior walls, tile coverings, sanitary facilities and false ceilings as well as various wall, drywall, screed, tile and plate work. Painting and painting as well as the installation of a window and some doors are also part of the structural part.
