• Renovation and conversion of the castle - plastering work Execution of plastering work in accordance with DIN 18350 in the listed existing building. The services include mineral plaster systems on historical substrates, in particular natural stone, mixed masonry, half-timbered and reinforced concrete surfaces, including subsurface preparation, processing of defects, lime plaster and lime thermal insulation plaster systems, reinforcement layers as well as detailed training on reveals, connections and special areas. Included in the scope of services in particular: - Interior plastering work as lime plaster, approx. 1,380 m2 - Lime thermal insulation plaster, approx. 1,460 m2 - Reinforcement layers, approx. 1,760 m2 - Surface preparation and processing of historical wall surfaces, approx. 3,000 m2 - Subsurface leveling and processing of defects, approx. 1,300 m2 - Lime slurry plaster areas, approx. 390 m2 - Plastering work on half-timbered walls, approx. 350 m2 - Reveals and detailing including drag strips and connection details, approx. 400 running meters - Plaster additions in vaults, towers and special areas - Some areas of external plastering and repair work Special features of the measure: - Execution in a listed building with increased demands on quality craftsmanship and historical detail - Processing mineral plaster systems different substrates such as natural stone, mixed masonry, half-timbered structures and reinforced concrete - Partial work at great heights and in areas that are difficult to access - Execution in sections under close coordination...
