Description:
The existing elementary school building is a gutted 2-story building in a star frame construction. In addition, a 1-story extension and a connecting corridor to the adjacent school building are planned. The existing supporting structure consists of star columns, star ceilings, star ribs and coffered ceilings. The external walls will be rebuilt in KS and the internal walls will be made of drywall in the existing building and solid masonry for the extension.
The building will receive a new facade made of facing stones in the parapet area and as wall pillars, as well as on the extension. An ETICS is also included Straps are provided between the wall pillars and facade panels. The floor area of the new building is approximately 3,034 square meters and the gross volume is approximately 15,620 cubic meters.
