• Sprinkenhof GmbH intends to carry out the sewer renovation or the partial conversion of the sewer system into a separation system in the entire court building at Sievekingplatz 3. For this purpose, sewer investigations have already been carried out in recent years, even partial ones Reconstruction and renovation work has been carried out. These measures are part of the modernization and major renovation work on the criminal justice building. The listed criminal justice building is Hamburg's central criminal court and has high-security areas. A complete shot of the Operation during the construction phase is not possible. Trouble-free partial operation must be maintained during the construction phase and reliably coordinated with court operations. The necessary preparations and work cannot be carried out due to their restrictions on otherwise ongoing operations and the user only take place in the agreed time windows. A particular challenge for the planning and structural implementation is, on the one hand, the high security requirements and the cramped spatial conditions of the inner courtyards.
