• The subject of the proceedings is general planning services for the renovation and modernization of the "Schwimmi" outdoor swimming pool in Voehrenbach in the Black Forest. The following planning areas are the subject of general planning: engineering structures, technical equipment (facility groups 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7.1, 8), Structural planning, outdoor facilities. Brief description of the initial situation: The "Schwimmi" outdoor swimming pool was rebuilt in 1966 as a replacement for the outdoor swimming pool on the Breg, which had been in use since 1912, in accordance with the requirements that were current at the time. Over the decades, only minor renovations were carried out necessary technical modernizations, interior renovations and new buildings and extensions for technology and gastronomy. There is a multi-purpose pool (concrete pool with paint) with 6x50 m swimming lanes, a diving area with 1m and 3m boards as well as a slide and starting blocks. The so-called "Wiesbadener "Gutter" is no longer permitted according to today's regulations. Some of the buildings (e.g. the changing areas with showers and the sanitary facilities) no longer comply with the regulations in terms of their equipment and are no longer attractive. Furthermore, the buildings have different features leaks. Due to the current situation, a renovation of the outdoor swimming pool is urgently necessary. The necessary renovation has been discussed and discussed for years. What is particularly necessary is a pool renovation (the pool head shows significant damage) and the construction of a surge tank with saving water and wastewater as well as energy for heating. The entire technology is also clearly showing its age. Some of the bathing water technology dates back to the 1960s.
