• Current status/reason for the project As part of the RISE area development, the single-storey building built in 1993/94 with a gross floor area of approx. 412m² is to be renovated and modernized in terms of energy efficiency. There is an energy consulting report dated for the existing building June 25, 2023, which presents various options for energy-efficient renovation. According to this report, in addition to hydraulic balancing, the following measures are planned: replacing the heating with a heat pump, roof insulation with 16 cm insulation thickness (thermal conduction group 035, U-value: 0.20 W/m²K), the insulation of the outer walls with 12 cm insulation thickness (WLG 035) and the replacement of the windows with triple-glazed thermal insulation windows (U-value 0.9 W/m²K) and the entrance door (U-value 1.6 W/m²K). The roof has already been in 2020 with EPS insulation of thermal conduction group 035 of approx. 207.4 mm i.m. renovated. Taking into account this measure that has already been carried out and the planned renewal of the ventilation system, the energy concept needs to be reassessed necessary. In addition to the energy-related renovation, the toilet facilities should be modernized, the entrances should be made barrier-free (for example with automatic door openers), the ventilation system should be renewed, the acoustic ceilings should be replaced and the screed should be replaced on the new underfloor heating and the floor coverings to be renewed.
