Description:
The plan is to convert and renovate component B on the ground floor and first floor of the central clinic of the University Hospital Cologne, for the purpose of use as gastroenterology, with a usable area (NF) of approx. 1,034.94 m2. The parts of the building adjacent to the measure are in the current Bebetrieb.
Vertical development, material transport, as well as rubble and waste disposal are carried out via a scaffolding stair tower with an attached construction goods elevator, in the adjacent inner courtyard (between building parts B and C). The inner courtyard is connected to the adjacent Kerpenerstra via a motorable construction roadsse connected.
There are no parking spaces available at the property for AN's vehicles.The scope of services begins with the dismantling of ventilation systems (approx. 1,200 m2 of ventilation ducts, ventilation outlets, ventilation systemsngs components)
The new installation of the air conditioning supply begins with the installation of fire dampers on the installation shafts. The existing air conditioning systems in the technical center on level E02 remain unaffected.
There is a new fan on the roof of the building for smoke extraction...
