Renovation, conversion and expansion of the Schelmengraben primary school including interim container facility, Wiesbaden; Specialist planning technical equipment ALG 4+5, LPH 1-9
Initial situation/task
The Schelmengraben primary school is a 4-grade primary school with an entrance level. The building consists of 2 Components that were built in 1973 and 1975. The existing spatial capacity of the Schelmengraben primary school is not sufficient to meet the future legal right to full-day care. Furthermore, the existing building is in need of renovation Condition. The Schelmengraben primary school is therefore to be renovated and expanded by approx. 600 m2 HNF in accordance with the spatial program specifications. A cafeteria for around 450 meals in three shifts is to be built. It is planned to convert the existing building into a "cluster school".

Subject of the service to be commissioned
Specialist planning of technical equipment, renovation, conversion and expansion of the Schelmengraben primary school in system groups 4+5 in accordance with HOAI 2013, as amended 2021, Part 4, Section 2, § 53-56, Service Phases 1-9 Basic Services,
as well as the following special services:
-Planning services for the technical development of the interim container facility (assuming 3 weeks), coordination during construction including participation in on-site appointments to coordinate the Execution...
