- At the building Erich-Muehsam-Str. 14a-c in 07546 Gera is a 6-story prefabricated building of type WBS70. The building is located in the Alt-Bieblach district and is part of the "Bieblacher Hang" monument ensemble, which was one of the first complex planned residential areas after the second represents World War. The renovation of the buildings is carried out under inhabited conditions. In the first construction phase, renovation work was carried out inside the building (building services, renovation of empty apartments) as well as the elevator extension. In the second construction phase that follows, the facade, roof and... Lightning protection must be implemented.
Short description of the type and scope of the service:
-Construction site facilities with sanitary containers
-Scaffolding: approx. 2650 m2, 28 weeks
-Concrete filling work: approx. 1000 m2
-Facade approx. 3000 m2: coating/painting exposed concrete facade approx. 1800 m2, concrete surfaces approx. 1000 m2
-Concrete renovation: repair defects, fill cracks
- Panel joints: remove old fillings, refill joints with PU sealant approx. 650 linear meters
-Connection joints for the loggia component: Fill the joints approx. 550 linear meters
-Demolition of old sheet metal and wooden cladding on the facade/loggias
